The Gallery is located in the historic district of Springville at 274 South Main in the recently restored building that was destroyed by fire in 2017. The Brown Art Gallery is sponsored by VIP ARTS, a non-profit art foundation with all profits awarded to charitable causes such as the Primary Children’s Hospital.

The Gallery is managed and operated by artists W. Bill Brown and his wife Marilyn, longtime advocates for the artist community. “Our goal is to provide an opportunity for local artists to display their work.”
